At Merit Coffee Co., we want you to love every brew. While we cannot accept returns on roasted coffee due to its perishable nature, we are happy to assist with exchanges or returns for all brewing equipment and merchandise within 30 days of purchase.

Ensure your merchandise is unused, in its original packaging, and was purchased within the last 30 days to qualify for a full refund.
Ship Your Item
Once approved, securely pack your items and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our roasting facility.
Receive Refund
